How do I clean the Snuggle Life Plush?
Machine washable gentle cycle but we mainly recommend hand washing, or surface cleaning the plush with cold water and air drying works best. Make sure to remove pacifier first.
What is the recommended age of use?
Recommended age is 0-6 months and/or babies without teeth (not suggested for the stage of teething).
Can my baby sleep with the Snuggle Life pacifier?
Snuggle Life pacifiers can be used under observed napping and awake sucking. We're advocates for safe sleep as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. For extended overnight sleep, use a pacifier without the plush.
How do I clean the Snuggle Life pacifier?
Pacifier Nipple: Wash the nipple before initial use: Sterilize nipple portion in boiling water for 2 - 4 minutes. Allow it to completely cool down and squeeze the nipple to release the excess water inside before first use.
Are Snuggle Life pacifiers dishwasher safe?
For sanitary reasons, we do not recommend placing the Snuggle Life pacifiers in the dishwasher.
How do I get my baby to use the pacifier for the first time?
Suckling is a natural reflex and is soothing for babies. Introduce the pacifier when baby is content and happy or showing signs of wanting to suckle. Make it fun and share a loving interaction with baby. Touch the pacifier to their lips to encourage them to open their mouth. Lightly shaking the pacifier a little bit while in baby’s mouth or lightly tapping it with your finger nail will help in triggering baby’s instinct to suckle.
What if my baby is still unable to keep it in their mouth?
No need to worry, baby may need a little practice! While baby is awake and sucking, pull pacifier away slightly. This will help baby to learn that sucking on it will keep it in their mouth.
Can I switch out the pacifier?
Yes! All babies are different and have their own preferences which is why we designed Snuggle Life pacifiers to allow parents to switch out the included pacifier to a different one so that babies and parents can enjoy the Snuggle Life's plush regardless!
Are Snuggle Life pacifiers orthodontically safe?
Yes, the pacifier's respect the natural development of baby's palate, teeth and gums.
My baby has a latex allergy. Is this pacifier made of latex?
This pacifier is a latex free, medical grade silicone pacifier. It is also BPA and Pthalate free.
Is there a next-stage pacifier available?
Currently, we do not have a next-stage Snuggle Life pacifier available. However, since the pacifier can be switched, a next-stage pacifier can be placed on the plush allowing Snuggle Life pacifiers to grow with baby!
Does the Snuggle Life pacifier have toxic materials?
We are committed to providing products that keep the child's safety in mind first. We conduct batch testing on our products and as a result all of our products are non-toxic. They do not contain any lead or any type of heavy metals making them all non-AZO dyes.
What if my Snuggle Life pacifier is damaged?
In the event of a damaged or defective Snuggle Life product, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, and is limited to a one-time replacement per customer.
